【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthesafety,performance,classificationandmarkingofmatches,togetherwiththeirmatchcontainers,availabletothegeneralpublicfreeofchargeorinreturnforpayment.Itgives:—thenecessaryteststoestablishcompliancewiththeserequirements;—asamplingproceduretoenabletheselectionofindividualmatchesandmatchcontainersfortest;—anacceptablequalitylevelformatchesandmatchcontainerswithinasample.Itrelatestheacceptablequalityleveltothecategoryofhazardconsideredtoresultfromfailuretocomplywiththerequirements.Thestandardisapplicabletoallmatcheswhererequirementsandtestsarefollowedaccordingtotheclassificationanddefinitionofthematchesunderexamination.Therequirementsofthisstandardalsoapplytodedicatedmatches.However,thoseclauseswhich,whencompliedwith,clearlyrenderthematchineffectiveforitsspecificpurposearenotapplicableinthiscase.
