【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesguidelinesforthedesign,constructionandoperationofallonshorestationaryliquefiednaturalgas(LNG)installationsincludingthosefortheliquefaction,storage,vaporization,transferandhandlingofLNG.Satelliteplantswithtotalstoragecapacityoflessthan200tareexcludedfromthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisvalidforthefollowingplanttypes:-exportterminals,betweenthedesignatedgasinletboundarylimit,andtheshipmanifold;-receivingterminals,betweentheshipmanifoldandthedesignatedgasoutletboundarylimit;-peak-shavingplants,betweendesignatedgasinletandoutletboundarylimits;-LNGsatelliteplantswithtotalstoragecapacityabove200t,includingtheloadingstationuptothedesignatedgasoutletboundarylimit.AshortdescriptionofeachoftheseinstallationsisgiveninannexG.
