【摘要】:ISO(theInternationalOrganizationforStandardization)andIEC(theInternationalElectrotechnicalCommission)formthespecializedsystemforworldwidestandardization.NationalbodiesthataremembersofISOorIECparticipateinthedevelopmentofInternationalStandardsthroughtechnicalcommitteesestablishedbytherespectiveorganizationtodealwithparticularfieldsoftechnicalactivity.ISOandIECtechnicalcommitteescollaborateinfieldsofmutualinterest.Otherinternationalorganizations,governmentalandnon-governmental,inliaisonwithISOandIEC,alsotakepartinthework.Inthefieldofinformationtechnology,ISOandIEChaveestablishedajointtechnicalcommittee,ISO/IECJTC1.InternationalStandardsaredraftedinaccordancewiththerulesgivenintheISO/IECDirectives,Part2.ThemaintaskofthejointtechnicalcommitteeistoprepareInternationalStandards.DraftInternationalStandardsadoptedbythejointtechnicalcommitteearecirculatedtonationalbodiesforvoting.PublicationasanInternationalStandardrequiresapprovalbyatleast75%ofthenationalbodiescastingavote.Attentionisdrawntothepossibilitythatsomeoftheelementsofthisdocumentmaybethesubjectofpatentrights.ISOandIECshallnotbeheldresponsibleforidentifyinganyorallsuchpatentrights.Amendment4toISO/IEC8824-1:2002waspreparedbyJointTechnicalCommitteeISO/IECJTC1,Informationtechnology,SubcommitteeSC6,Telecommunicationsandinformationexchangebetweensystems,incollaborationwithITU-T.TheidenticaltextispublishedasITU-TRec.X.680(2002)/Amd.4(05/2007).
