【摘要】:TheENDF/BlibraryintheUnitedStatesandsimilarlibrarieselsewhere,suchasJEF(9),JENDL(7),andBROND(8),provideacompilationofneutroncrosssectionandothernucleardataforusebythenuclearcommunity.Theavailabilityoftheseexcellentandconsistentevaluationsmakespossiblestandardizedusage,therebyallowingeasyreferencingandintercomparisonsofcalculations.However,asthefirstENDF/Bfilesweredevelopeditbecameapparentthattheywerenotadequateforallapplications.ThisneedresultedinthedevelopmentoftheENDF/BDosimetryFile(5,10),consistingofactivationcrosssectionsimportantfordosimetryapplications.Thisfilewasmadeavailableworldwide.Later,otherx201C;SpecialPurposex201D;fileswereintroduced(23).IntheENDF/B-VIcompilation(41),dosimetryfileswereidentified,buttheynolongerappearedasseparateevaluationfiles.TheENDF/V-VIIcompilation(37)removedmostofthecovariancefilesusedbythedosimetrycommunity.Itkeptthecovariancefilesforthex201C;standardcrosssectionsx201D;inaspecialsub-library,butthecovariancedatainthissub-libraryisonlyprovidedovertheenergyrangeinwhicheachreactionisconsideredtobeax201C;standardx201D;,anddoesnotincludethefullenergyrangerequiredforLWRPVSdosimetryapplications.AnotherfileofevaluatedneutroncrosssectiondatahasbeenestablishedbytheInternationalAtomicEnergyAgency(IAEA)forreactordosimetryapplications.Thisfile,theInternationalReactorDosimetryFile(IRDF-2002)(6),drawsupontheENDF/BfilesandsupplementstheseevaluationswithasetofreactionsevaluatedbygroupsoftenoutsideoftheUnitedStates.SomeoftheIRDF-2002supplementalreactionsrepresentmaterialevaluationsthatarecurrentlybeingexaminedbytheCSEWG.ThesupplementalIRDF-2002evaluationsonlyincludethespecificreactionsofinteresttothedosimetrycommunityandnotafullmaterialevaluation.TheENDFcommunityrequiresacompleteevaluationbeforeincludingitinthemainENDF/Bevaluatedlibrary.TheapplicationtoLWRsurveillancedosimetrymayintroducenewdataneedsthatcanbestbesatisfiedbythecreationofadedicatedcrosssectionfile.Thisfileshallbeinaformdesignedforeasyapplicationbyusers(minimalprocessing).Thefileshallconsistofthefollowingtypesofinformationorindicatethesourcesofthefollowingtypeofdatathatshouldbeusedtosupplementthefilecontents:Dosimetrycrosssectionsforfission,activation,heliumproductionsensorreactionsinLWRenvironmentsinsupportofradiometric,solidstatetrackrecorder,heliumaccumulationdosimetrymethods(seeTestMethodsE853,E854,E910,andE1005).Othercrosssectionsorsensorresponsefunctionsusefulforactiveorpassivedosimetrymeasurements,forexample,theuseofneutronabsorptioncrosssectionstorepresentattenuationcorrectionsduetocoversorself-shielding.Crosssectionsfordamageevaluation,suchasdisplacementsperatom(dpa)iniron.Relatednucleardataneededfordosimetry,suchasbranchingratios,fissionyields,andatomicabundances.............
