【摘要】:ThispracticeidentifiesmethodsforcleaningandmaintainingcontrolledareasandcleanroomsasdefinedbyISO14644-1andISO14644-2.Cleaningproceduresaredescribed,andcleaningfrequencyfordifferentclassesoffacilityaregiven.Compliancewiththispracticewillmakeiteasierandmorelikelythattherequiredleveloffacilitycleanlinesswillbemaintained.Acleanerfacilityalsowillhelptoprotectflighthardwarefromcontaminationandshouldreducethefrequencyforcleaningflighthardware.Thispracticedoesnotdiscussoperationandoperationalproceduresforcleanroomsandcontrolledareas.OtherdocumentssuchasIEST-RP-CC026andPracticeE2352providerecommendedpracticesforoperatingcleanroomsandcontrolledareas.1.1Thispracticecoverstheprocedurestobefollowedfortheinitialcleaningandnormalmaintenanceofcleanroomsandcontrolledareas.Thispracticeisapplicabletoaerospacecleanareaswherebothparticlesandmolecularfilms(NVR)mustbecontrolled.1.2Units8212;ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
