【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400specifiesadditionalrequirementsforassessmentoftheexternalconditionsatanoffshorewindturbinesiteanditspecifiesessentialdesignrequirementstoensuretheengineeringintegrityofoffshorewindturbines.Itspurposeistoprovideanappropriatelevelofprotectionagainstdamagefromallhazardsduringtheplannedlifetime.Thisstandardfocusesontheengineeringintegrityofthestructuralcomponentsofanoffshorewindturbinebutisalsoconcernedwithsubsystemssuchascontrolandprotectionmechanisms,internalelectricalsystemsandmechanicalsystems.Awindturbineshallbeconsideredasanoffshorewindturbineifthesupportstructureissubjecttohydrodynamicloading.Thedesignrequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardarenotnecessarilysufficienttoensuretheengineeringintegrityoffloatingoffshorewindturbines.ThisstandardshouldbeusedtogetherwiththeappropriateIECandISOstandardsmentionedinClause2.Inparticular,thisstandardisfullyconsistentwiththerequirementsofIEC61400-1.ThesafetyleveloftheoffshorewindturbinedesignedaccordingtothisstandardshallbeatorexceedthelevelinherentinIEC61400-1.Insomeclauses,whereacomprehensivestatementofrequirementsaidsclarity,replicationoftextfromIEC61400-1isincluded.
