【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationdescribesthePublicTransportInformation(PTI)Application,whichisintendedtocoverallmodesofpublic(i.e.collective)transportaswellasinter-urbanandintra-urbantravel.Theapplicationisdesignedtoallowtheefficientandlanguageindependentdeliveryofpublictransportinformationdirectlyfromserviceprovidertoend-users.Theterm“application”isusedinTPEGspecificationstodescribespecificapplications,suchasinthiscasethepublictransportinformationapplication,whichcomprisesthreeinformationcontainers:themessagemanagementcontainer,theapplicationeventcontainerandtheTPEG-locationcontainer.ThefirsttwocontainersarefullydescribedhereinandtheTPEG-locationcontainerisdescribedinCENISO/TS18234-6.EachTPEGApplication(e.g.TPEG-PTI)isassignedauniquenumberthatiscalledtheApplicationIDentification(AID).AnAIDisdefinedwheneveranewapplicationisdeveloped.TheAIDisusedwithintheTPEG-ServiceandNetworkInformationApplication(CENISO/TS18234-3)toindicatehowtoprocessTPEGcontentandallowsroutingofdatatoanappropriateApplicationdecoder.AID=0002(hex)isassignedtotheTPEG-PTIapplication,describedinthisspecification.TheTPEG-PTIapplicationaimsatdescribing“legs”ofajourneyalsodescribedas“rides”byothermethodologies.However,itisimportanttonotethatTPEG-PTIisnotlimitedtodescribingsingleservices,becauseitalsoallowsthemoregeneraldescriptionofroute,serviceandarea-wideproblems.Public(orcollective)transportinformationisusuallyconsumedinoneoffourprinciplewaysasfollows:Leaderboardinformationasusedatstationsorterminals;Areportonthestateofanetwork;Thedescriptionofanindividualservice;Asanewsflashreport.Theelementsneededtoprovideinformationforanyoneofthefourend-userpresentationmodesarelargelythesame.Theend-userfocusofTPEGapplicationsmakesitusefultobeabletomimicpresentations,towhichend-usersareaccustomed,forexamplearailwaystationindicatorboard.TPEG-PTImessagescanthereforegroupdataelementstopresentoneofthefollowingend-userpresentationmodes:Incidentmessagereport;Station/terminalinformation;Routeinformation;Individualserviceinformation.Itisimportanttobearinmindthattheseend-userpresentationmodesaremerelypresentationalaides;theyhavelittletodowiththecontentintheindividualdataelements.Theydo,howeverindicatehowdataelementsmustbegroupedifapresentationinanyoftheseviewsisintended.UnliketheTPEG-RTMapplication(CENISO/TS18234-4),TPEG-PTIbenefitsfromthenodalstructureofpublictransport,makinguseofitsdiscretestart,endandstoppingpointsaswellasbeinglimitedtofixed,beitrealorvirtual,routes.
