【摘要】:ThispartofISO6162specifiescompletegeneralanddimensionalcharacteristicsforflangeheads,splitflangeclamps(FCS),one-pieceflangeclamps(FC)andportsapplicabletofour-screw,splitandone-pieceflangeclamptypetubeandhoseconnectorsforuseatpressuresof3,5MPa(35bar1))to35MPa(350bar).Italsospecifiesthedimensionsofthesealstobeused,aswellasthegroovestohousetheseal.ThispartofISO6162alsorecognizestheneedtoaccommodatemetric(type1)screwfasteners,aswellastoprovideameanstouseexistinginch(type2)screwfasteners.Theseconnectorsareintendedforapplicationinhydraulicsystemsonindustrialandcommercialproducts,whereitisdesiredtoavoidtheuseofthreadedconnectors.Surgesofpressurehigherthanthenominalratingswillreducetheabilityoftheflangeconnectorstoretainthehydraulicfluid.Thisshallbetakenintoaccountinthedesignofthehydraulicsystem.
