【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversstainlesssteelwireandweldedwirereinforcementproducedfromhot-rolledstainlesssteelrod.Thestainlesssteelwireiscold-worked,drawnorrolled,plain(non-deformed)ordeformedoracombinationofdeformedandplain.Itisusedasconcretereinforcementforapplicationsrequiringresistancetocorrosionand/orcontrolledmagneticpermeability.Commonwiresizesanddimensionsarefoundinthisspecification.Actualwiresizesarenotrestrictedtothoseshowninthetables.1.2SupplementS1describeshighstrengthwire,whichshallbefurnishedwhenspecificallyordered.Itshallbepermissibletofurnishhighstrengthwireinplaceofregularwireifmutuallyagreedtobythepurchaserandsupplier.1.2.1Asupplementaryrequirement(S2)ofanoptionalnatureisprovided.Itshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedbythepurchaser.Inordertoobtainacorrosiontestedorcontrolledmagneticpermeabilityproduct,steelconformingtoSupplementaryRequirementS2shouldbeordered.1.3Thechemicalcompositionofthesteel(stainlessgrade)shallbeselectedforsuitabilitytotheapplicationinvolvedbyagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.UseSpecificationA276forchemicalrequirements.TheUNSdesignationsaretobeincludedwiththetypenumberandnotedinbrackets,i.e.austeniticstainlesssteelsasType304[S30400],304L[S30403],316[S31600],316L[S31603],316N[S31651],316LN[S31653]andduplexstainlesssteels,Types2205[S32205]and329[S32900].Note1Onlyausteniticandduplexstainlesssteelsareusuallyrecommendedforuseasreinforcementinconcretebecauseoftheirhighcorrosionresistance.Austeniticstainlesssteelshavegoodgeneralcorrosionresistance,strengthcharacteristicswhichcanbeimprovedbycoldworking,goodtoughnessandductilitypropertiesatlowtemperatures,andlowmagneticpermeability.Duplexstainlesssteelshavegenerallyacorrosionresistancegreaterthanthatofmostausteniticsteelsandaremagnetic.Otherstainlesssteelswithdifferentchemicalcompositionsthantheseriesandtypesmentionedabove,maybeusedforlessrestrictiveapplications.1.4Wireforweldedwirereinforcementisgenerallymanufacturedat520MPa[75ksi]yieldstrengthlevel.Otherstrengthlevelsshallbebyagreementbetweenthepurchaserandmanufacturer.Note2ThetermusedtorefertoyieldstrengthlevelsarethesameasthoseinASTMStandardsforweldedwirereinforcement.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
